Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use the Sandi Mazibuko education platform, purchase a course, book a masterclass or become a member.
Seller and acceptance
The Sandi Mazibuko platform is operated by Fabrosanz Creation. By creating an account, making a purchase or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Our products and services
We provide self-paced online courses, live and recorded masterclasses, and a recurring membership that includes access to premium resources, supplier directories and member benefits. Each product is described on its relevant page before you buy.
Orders and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, subscription management, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Course purchases
A course purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course and its downloadable resources for as long as the platform operates. Course content may not be shared, resold, reproduced or redistributed.
Masterclass bookings
A booking secures one seat at the specified live or recorded session. Seats are limited and allocated on payment. We may change the date, speaker or format of an event and will notify ticket holders where this happens.
Membership
Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually until cancelled. Members-only resources remain accessible only while the membership is active and paid. On cancellation or failed payment, premium content locks again at the end of the paid period.
Intellectual property
All content, materials, branding, software and documentation on the platform are owned by Fabrosanz Creation or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any content.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes or commit fraud.
- Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights.
- Share login details, scrape the supplier directory or redistribute resources.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or performance of the platform.
- Send spam or use the platform to harass others.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Warranties and liability
We provide the platform and educational content in good faith based on real industry experience. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Educational content does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms. Last updated: September 2026.
